Walked miles along Qualicum Beach, paddling in warm, clear water.
Cleaned the sand from our feet (and sandals) VERY thoroughly.
Enjoyed some of the fantastic, quirky ideas that BC seems to specialise in.
Wandered around the pretty town and treated ourselves to coffee and pecan cake.
Got a sense of the rainforest at Englishman's Falls Provincial Park.
Visited the North Island Wildlife Rescue Association, a place I have long followed on Facebook, to see the wonderful work they do in animal rescue and conservation.
And then returned to our peaceful haven at Eagle Landing to gaze out to sea.
Lovely views, does look very relaxing.
